These terms govern use of Ribh (رِبح), an ad-attribution and reporting app for e-commerce merchants on the Zid platform, operated by Amr Gamal. By installing Ribh from the Zid App Market, a merchant agrees to these terms.

1. The service

Ribh reads a merchant's store order data and, with the merchant's explicit consent, read-only performance data from ad accounts the merchant connects (TikTok, Snapchat, Meta), and delivers a daily WhatsApp report summarizing spend, revenue, and one budget recommendation per channel. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data is accessed and how it is used.

2. Eligibility

Ribh is available to merchants operating an active store on the Zid platform. A merchant must have the authority to install apps on that store and to authorize access to any ad accounts they connect.

3. Account connections

Connecting an ad account is optional and happens entirely through that platform's own OAuth consent screen — Ribh never asks for or stores a merchant's platform password. A merchant may disconnect any ad account at any time from within the app; Ribh immediately stops syncing new data from a disconnected account.

4. Subscription and billing

Ribh offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier, billed and managed through the Zid App Market's standard billing flow. Current pricing is shown in the app and on ribh.app before a merchant subscribes. A merchant may cancel a paid subscription at any time from their Zid dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made afterward.

5. Free trial

Where offered, a free trial runs for the period stated at signup and requires no payment method to start. A merchant may cancel during the trial with no charge.

6. Acceptable use

A merchant agrees not to use Ribh to access, or attempt to access, another merchant's store or ad account data, to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or to use it in any way that violates the terms of service of Zid, TikTok, Snapchat, or Meta.

7. Accuracy of reports

Ribh's reports are computed from data supplied by a merchant's store and by third-party ad platforms. We take reasonable care in that computation, but we do not guarantee that third-party platform data is complete, timely, or free of error, and Ribh's recommendations are informational — the merchant remains solely responsible for their own advertising and budget decisions.

8. Third-party platforms

Ribh's integrations with Zid, TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta depend on those platforms' own APIs and policies, which are outside our control. If a platform changes or restricts its API, or an integration is interrupted for any reason, Ribh will indicate missing data plainly rather than show inaccurate figures — we are not liable for outages or changes originating from a third-party platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Ribh is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ribh and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost advertising spend, arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

A merchant may stop using Ribh at any time by uninstalling it from their Zid store, which disconnects all ad accounts and begins the data-deletion process described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a merchant who violates these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a material way, the "last updated" date above will change and, where required, merchants will be notified via the app or by email. Contact us at hello@ribh.app.
